Purchasing Tickets

CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Handling Fees
A Handling Fee (per transaction) applies to tickets purchased through the Call Centre or Internet.  There is no handling fee if you purchase tickets at the SEC Box Office or Ticketmaster Agencies. 

2. Exchange or Refunds
No exchange or refunds except as specified in The Entertainment Industry Code of Practice.

3. Concessions
A customer must present a valid identification card as proof of eligibility when purchasing tickets offered at a concession or discount price.  This includes special offers such as coupons and membership discounts.

4. Cancelled Events
Refunds and exchanges will be at the discretion of the Promoter.

5. Promoter Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or to vary advertised programs, seating arrangements and audience capacity.

6. Use of Cameras
Most events prohibit the use of cameras, tape recorders and video cameras. However camera policies are determined by the promoter for each event. Please check with the venue prior to the event.

7. Lost Tickets
Patrons will be charged a fee for the processing of lost ticket vouchers where traceable.

8. Authorised Ticket Agencies
Entry can be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way, or are not purchased from Ticketmaster or other authorised points of sale.

At the Sydney Entertainment Centre or any Ticketmaster outlet.

Sydney Entertainment Centre Box Office hours are:
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (except Public Holidays) and during events.

For evening weekend performances, the Box Office opens at 2pm.
