Staff at the Sydney Entertainment Centre care about its special needs patrons and are committed to providing a fully accessible environment to ensure all our guests enjoy their visit. Our experienced staff take pride in providing the utmost care for patrons with special needs and their companions.
We have a range of special needs facilities to help guests enjoy their venue experience each time they visit the Sydney Entertainment Centre. Our facilities ensure easy access in and around the Centre. To ensure each guest appreciates our world-class entertainment, the venue provides a number of special services.
Accessibility
There is a drop-off area in front of the venue on Harbour Street with level access to the lower foyer, the venue’s Ticketmaster box office, lift access, as well as merchandise stands and retail food and beverage outlets.If you need any further assistance, please approach one of our friendly employees or visit the Information Booth located in the lower foyer.
Assisted Listening Devices (Hearing Loop)
This service is available inside the arena. Please enquire at time of your booking with regard to the availability of the t-switch.

Booking Tickets
There is a dedicated booking line, where experienced, specially trained employees can assist you with your needs, to make the whole booking process trouble-free.
When booking through this hot line, guests can:
• Book tickets one day prior to general public sale
• Be seated with up to three (3) guests in our specially-reserved area
• Pay for tickets up to two weeks after the date of booking
• Choose from a variety of seating locations in prime positions
• Avoid paying a booking fee

Companion Card
This venue participates and issues the card holder with an accompanying ticket for their essential support companion. The card must be presented when booking a ticket for any announced events.

Lifts
Lifts are located at both the northern end (Door 1 - GATE A) and the southern end (Door 5 - GATE F) of the lower foyer. Take the lift to level 2 where you can proceed to Door 11 for wheelchair access into your reserved seating area. On entry at the door, our co-operative ushers will direct you to your seats.

Parking
Parking is available in the many car parks situated around Darling Harbour and Haymarket areas. The Wilson Entertainment car park and the Exhibition Centre car park are the closest to the venue, see our dedicated page on parking. Both parking stations have ample allocated wheelchair access parking available.

Sight Impairments
On most occasions, our staff should be able to accommodate seating closer to the stage if you have sight issues. Please discuss this matter with one of our staff when booking through our telephone hot line.
Service Animals
Trained guide dogs and assistance dogs are admitted at the Sydney Entertainment Centre.

Taxis
Drop off and pick up points are at the front of the Sydney Entertainment Centre on Harbour Street. A taxi rank is also located on Harbour Street adjacent to the Sydney Entertainment Centre.
Telephones
There are no public telephones inside the Sydney Entertainment Centre. However, a courtesy phone is available at the Information Booth in the Lower Foyer.
Toilets
Toilets designed for special needs patrons are easily accessible and located between Doors 9 and 10 on the upper foyer and between Doors 4 and 5 on the lower foyer.
