Purchasing Tickets
Tickets for events at the Sydney Entertainment Centre may be bought at the following authorised points of purchase:
In person at our 35 Harbour Street Darling Harbour Box Office
Online through www.ticketmaster.com.au at a Ticketmaster Outlet
By calling Ticketmaster on 136 100.
Ticketmaster is the only authorised ticket-selling agent for the Sydney Entertainment Centre. Please be advised we cannot vouch for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source.
The Sydney Entertainment Centre will not honour counterfeit or invalid tickets and at times may not honour other tickets purchased through secondary sources.
As the ticketed start time approaches, Ticketmaster will no longer sell tickets online, at other outlets or via their telephone hotline. The cut-off is usually 60 minutes prior to the show’s start time - depending on the event.
You will then only be able to purchase tickets in person at the Sydney Entertainment Centre Box Office.
Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are subject to service and credit card surcharge fees in addition to the cost of the ticket.
Accepted Forms of Payment
Cash, EFTPOS, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Diner's Club are all acceptable forms of payment at our Box Office.
Ticketmaster does not accept cheques or money orders.
Conditions of Entry

Lost Tickets
If you have lost your tickets or they have been stolen before your event takes place, you will need to contact Ticketmaster Customer Service.
They will ask you to provide a statutory declaration signed by a JP. If the tickets have been stolen, a police report is sometimes required.
Box Office
The Box Office is located between Gates C & D of the Sydney Entertainment Centre and is the collection point for pick-ups and any ticket related issues.
If you are picking up tickets, please bring valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
The card holder must be present to collect the tickets.
If you would like someone else to pick up your tickets, you will need to inform Ticketmaster Customer Service and write a letter of authorisation for the person/s picking up your tickets. This is essential otherwise your tickets will not be released.
Please be aware that the Box Office closes approximately 30 minutes (depending on the show) after the event start time.
